The Arbor

The Arbor can accommodate up to 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms with 8 twin beds on the second floor. Everyone gets their own bed. (No bunk beds) The beds are made up with soft linens and eco-friendly comforters. Each room has a getting ready area that includes a mirror and electrical outlet. There are 2 full bathrooms, one on the main floor and one on the second. Each is stocked with extra towels, toiletries and a hairdryer.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay. We have table service for 8 including wine glasses. Paper towels and napkins are provided. There is a Keurig as well as a regular coffee pot with paper filters. Other appliances consist of a croc pot, blender, toaster, mixer, electric griddle and waffle maker. The refrigerator has filtered water and ice in the door. If you don't feel like cooking, we have menus from local restaurants or a caterer who will prepare meals.
The crop room with large windows and river views is located on the main floor off of the kitchen. There is a workstation with scrapbooking tools and also a cutting table. Each person has a 6 foot table with Ott-light and ergonomic office chair. A flat screen tv is easily viewed from all spots and there is a DVD player with lots of movies and free Wi-Fi. If you prefer to listen to music we have Amazon Music streaming, just ask Alexa to play something. You won't have to worry about staying up late or getting up early. The crop room is completely isolated from the sleeping space.
